Zetra AI provides digital content creation services including but not limited to:

AI-assisted video creation
Marketing flyers and promotional graphics
Social media content
Digital marketing materials

All services are delivered as digital content and may be customised according to the client’s requirements.

Zetra AI does not provide software products or software licenses unless explicitly agreed in writing.

3. Orders and Payment

Payments for services are processed securely through Stripe.

By completing payment you confirm that:

you agree to the service discussed prior to purchase
you authorise the payment amount shown at checkout

Some services may require payment in advance before work begins.

For ongoing services, recurring payments may apply according to the agreed billing cycle.

4. Custom Projects

Many Zetra AI services are tailored to individual clients. Once work has started on a custom project, the order may not be cancelled without agreement from Zetra AI.

5. Delivery of Content

Completed content will be delivered digitally via email, file transfer, or another agreed method.

Delivery times may vary depending on the scope of the project. Any timelines provided are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Revisions

Where applicable, a reasonable number of revisions may be included depending on the agreed service.

Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may incur additional charges.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content creation:

payments for completed work are non-refundable
deposits or setup fees are non-refundable once work has started
refunds may be granted only at the discretion of Zetra AI in exceptional circumstances

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any materials they provide (such as logos, images, or branding) do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

Clients must review and approve delivered content before using it publicly.

9. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive the right to use the delivered content for their intended marketing or business purposes.

Zetra AI may display completed work in its portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zetra AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or delivered content.

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

11. Termination of Services

Zetra AI reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if:

payments are not completed
services are requested for unlawful purposes
clients engage in abusive or inappropriate conduct
